2. Ordering

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase a product from us. We’ll confirm your order by email, and at that point it becomes accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, if there’s a pricing error or suspected fraud).

We sell physical educational art products.

All items are subject to availability. We may occasionally update or discontinue products without notice.

We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£)

• Prices include VAT where applicable

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or courier delays. While we do our best, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

• Returned in original packaging

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Ownership & Risk

Once your order has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility.

Ownership of the product transfers to you once full payment has been received.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content sold or displayed by The Bluxet remain our intellectual property.

Our products are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without our permission.

10. Liability

We aim to provide high-quality products, but we are not responsible for:

• Misuse of our products

• Indirect or unexpected losses (such as loss of profit)

• Delays caused by couriers or external factors

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
